Yamaha G1 oil tank ideas
Ive been thinking of ways to use the oil tank on the g1 since ive been premixing. I though of maybe using it as a reserve or Pouring in measured amounts of oil and marking the tank then plumbing it into the fuel tank with a shutoff valve. Then if your out and need fuel or just to have it on the cart open the valve and watch the tank lines then add the proper amount of fuel. Again just ideas to put it to use.

Re: Yamaha G1 oil tank ideas
I just ripped mine out lol. I know what you mean, seems like there should be something useful for it.
I used to keep a bottle of Echo brand 2 cycle oil in the cart at all times in case I ran out of fuel somewhere and no premix was available. Same idea I guess. |
