Default EZGO ST project complete

My 2 month project to rebuild the old 2005 ST sport that was a yard cart is finished. New paint, seats, wheels and tires, and best of all a Vegas Carts 625 engine replacement. that was the easiest engine replacement ever it took 4 hours and it was running. The power and performance is amazing.

And tell us about the recessed headlights.

Been looking at LED headlights for a while and didn't see anything that would fit in such a small space....and then ...you gave them in.

A) did you open the area behind the headlight for cooling...?

B) do you have part numbers?

C) how much did you need to cut away to get them in ?

The original sealed beam is around 50 dollars and they work well enough but I like your answer better.

Please tell.

One of the few flush mounted headlights that have dimensions that I found.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...Z9I237AF&psc=1

After looking at yours....looks like you built a front face for the light to mount to...

Still looking to accomplish this install with minimal cutting.

The nilight ones are just under 5" wide and about 3 1/2" tall.

These ?

They give shipping dimensions but not item dimensions.

Though chances are they used the same tooling for the bezel so I'd imagine they are the same with just the inside electrojics/led pod changed out
