96 EZGO gas Cart not starting
96 EZGO golf cart engine will turn over but will not start. I tried spraying starting fluid in the carb and it did not start. I pulled the plugs and they were dry and getting good spark. They are pretty new NGK plugs but have a lot of black on them. The cart has been putting off a gas/exhaust smell the past few rides? Help.. What else can I try? .
