Default 02 club car series, controller test procedure?

I have an AA02 club car, it has a lithium leaf pack in it and OBC delete. It was running great then got some water and I had to wait an hour before it would run again. After about a week it started acting up. If it's been sitting when first hit the pedal it takes off, then immediately slow to nothing like the battery died. Whst in the test procedure on the Curtis 1204-410 and does anybody want to sell a working used one.
