G9 Ignitor Recommendation
Looking to replace the Ignitor on my 93' G9 and really trying to avoid spending $300 on an OEM Yamaha version.
Has anyone had any luck with any of the other brands? I'm okay with $150-$200. Thanks! |

Re: G9 Ignitor Recommendation
Oem is the only reliable way to go. I’d search for a used one or post in the classifieds here maybe someone has one laying around. I believe I’ve seen a couple parts carts from skoal82(?) I’ve bought some stuff from him over the past few years, good guy and quick to ship.
If you want new, find the oem part number and paste it into the search in partzilla. They’ve got the best prices I’ve seen online. |

Re: G9 Ignitor Recommendation
Just go OEM and don’t look back to the cheap knock off parts. My golf cart ran like trash. I ponied up the extra $100 for the real deal and my golf cart runs perfectly. My time troubleshooting faulty knock off parts is worth more than $100.
Check partzilla for sales. That’s where I got mine. |
