Cart shutters when you give it full throttle.
Working on a 99 Club Car Regen 2 PD Plus cart. Have installed a Alltrax XCT-48300 PD Plus Controller, 200 amp heavy duty coil and a D&D motor 170-501-003 (-10% torque motor). If I take off easy the cart is smooth, but anytime I give it full throttle the cart shutters. Feels like it trying to spin the tires (jerking). The batteries have 2.0 cables with 4.0 to solenoids and large cables to the motor's large posts and controller and 6.0 cables to the smaller posts. Set the RPM to 4200 (4400 max).

Condition/age of batteries? Pack voltage?

New batteries. 52 volts now was 56 when I started working on it today.

I don't know anything about that controller. Sounds like something is not set up right. Somebody else will have to help with that.
