Controller check
I appreciate all the help we get from you guys with all the knowledge. I’m here again for help. It’s a 1999 ds 48v series cart. 1402-410 controller. I’m trying to determine if my controller is bad or not. Had a diode between two small post and across the big post on solenoid. When I push the pedal my solenoid clicks. One time out of the many times of pushing the pedal, the cart bumped forward about an inch but that’s all. I checked the voltage from b- to battery side of the solenoid and I have right at 51 volts. Then I checked between b- and b+ on the controller and from what the Curtis book says I should be getting around 1-5v less than full battery voltage. I’m only getting around 36v. It says if it’s zero or close to zero then the controller bad but I’m at 36v. What else can I check before I send my controller off before repair to make sure that’s the issue? Thanks a lot for you all’s help and sorry for being so long. Merry Christmas to y’all also. Thanks
