1996 ezgo gas epic no spark

I need help drastically, as title says i have 1996 ezgo txt gas, MG5 shuttle that was running before rebuilding the engine. The cart did start briefly after rebuild as i shut it down to work on the next day. There is no spark, i have replaced pulse coil, voltage coil, ignitor, each item twice, and even cleaned all grounds on cart and replaced all connections twice. Lost for words, I have rebuilt many ezgo engines and troubleshoot every issue imaginable but god this got my last nerve and worst part it my personal cart, not a customer. i have checked every part with multimeter, ohm's and voltage, there is minimal difference in values but i still can't get spark to the plugs and i have tried 20 different plugs.

Is there a GOD in this group that can help, because i know this is a common problem, all criticism welcomed.
