Thanks guys, The diagrams will help alot. I have a friend that is an electrical expert for American Emergency Vehicles, he is checking it out for me. My charger is the one Gaston posted a pic of.

I found out that my cart is an 86 instead of 85. I need to find a diagram of how the batteries and wiring is supposed to be in the cart. My friend who is helping me with the wiring says he thinks that only the three batts. on the driver side is getting connection. There is also what looks like an old 220 recepticle under the seat drivers side. The hot wires for both side battery series is hooked to it. The plate on the cart says remanuf K-86.
