Marathon year question
I looked at the tag on the passenger side and the ending numbers was 92.
So I thought this to be a 1992. But I'm not so sure after seeing other pic's of members carts. What do you all think. This cart has the A-frame front with the single spring. Heck, now I'm rambling. |

Re: Marathon year question
The cart pictured could be a 92. Are you reading the MANUFACTURE CODE?

Re: Marathon year question
They were made 76-93, I don't know if the manuf. code has the date on these. What if the tag says A8493, I think these tags are different than the newer ones. I'm not sure.
Good Luck. beddy bye |

Re: Marathon year question
My '92 has two half front springs. One on each side.

Re: Marathon year question
Yes the mfg tag # is what I was reading. My 88 has the two half springs up front, but this one has the one spring set sideways. I was wondering if they made a lift for this model. I couldn't see what they would do to it.
I'm try to decide which one I should cut up for a project. Or scrap that whole idea. I could probably part them out and get my money back. |

Re: Marathon year question
Yep, like the first pic. 70's huh? Well isn't that interesting. The rearend looks like the 88. So who knows what has been done to it in its past life. Thanks for the info. Helps me make up my mind as to which one to look at for the project.
