Body all sanded down and primed up ready for the camo skins to go on, frame sanded down, primed, and painted with truck bed liner on the battery frames. Wiring all gone through, and replaced where needed. Alomst ready to start assembly. pic's to follow tonight.

How many square feet of camo material are you using to cover the cart? I am curious to know also how aggravating it is to do. I am going to eventually camo my cart, but I dont know if I am going to use the camo wrap or have it dipped here locally.

Not sure of how much I will end up using. I ordered one 4x5 sheet so far, will see how far that gets me. I am painting the body a similar camo color first in case I come to areas where I run short, or find it too difficult to round a sharp corner or curve.

I have seen several posts where people used two sheets that size, and then where only one sheet was required. I will let you know how much of a PITA it was to put on after it is all said and done. How much is it to get the bodies dipped?

It is more expensive for the dipping. I got a price of $450. The body has to be removed, slightly prepped and then it is dipped. THey firt put some sort of adhesive layer or adhesive promotor on it first, then dip it and finally they put a clear coat on it for durability.

I am leaning more towards the camo wrap, but I just know it will most likely be aggravating. BUT, the money difference will definitely be considered!!

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the wrap? How much does it cost?

OK, here we go! I have the main body almost done and the batteries installed. Now on to the T/S of the non-moving cart! I think I have tracked it down to a missing microswitch. Now question is which microswitch do I need?Is this a PDS cart or not? Thanks for the assistance!
