Default RXV serial and mnfg code

Sounds like a dumb question, but where is the ID tag located on an RXV? Trying to fill out a warranty card and I don't know where this info is located! Thanks for the help...

SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION
Three serial number and manufacture date code labels are on the vehicle. One is placed on the steering column, the
second is located on the frame member under the front splash shield on the driver side and the third is located on the
passenger side frame rail at the rear of the vehicle.
In order to obtain correct components for the vehicle, the manufacture date code, serial number and vehicle model must
be provided when ordering service parts.

Your dealer is supposed to do that for you! Did they not offer this?

After I called him to ask him where the serial and mnfg codes were, he said he would fill out the card. I also asked him his dealer number and he said that he would take care of it. Sounding a little fishy, eh?

My concern now, is that he is probably not considered an official "dealer" of EZGO. This cart was new, but he obtained it from another dealer as a holdover for re-sale. Does anyone know how this affects the warranty? I know, somthing I should have checked out to begin with... He did say he would fill out the card and take care of it. I wonder what he means by that... hmmm...
