Default Id 36 volt moter

help..bought a used 36 volt moter for 2001 48 volt seres club car .. did i get the right one.the one the dealer sold me was ..club car model1012191???he said it was a club car 36 volt moter

That number doesn't pull up. Does it fit? What's it look like? Can you take a pic?

You need to run the test for the "series" motor. But don't do it on a "Bench" The motor needs to be mounted in order for proper operation. If it's dismounted, the armature will drag on the field coils and that could get nasty. Test it in it's final mounting position.

havent installed it yet wanted to know if it was correct moter for my application.will it have the emmph to perk up my 48 volt 2001 seres club car..6 inch lift 22 inch tires

oops went out to look again with glasses numbers match 5bc 48 jb 764... ok will it get the job done??

If it has the correct spline and is a series 36v you should mount it and give it a shot. You won't be unhappy if the motor is still good.

Yes... if it fits. If it slides onto the splines, it's the correct motor.
