Good morning. Thanks again for the information. I have tried the charger on another cart and the charger works. I am going now to find the info on the batteries. Im sure that the voltage on the pack is too low as the cart has sat too long. I'll need to charge the batteries to get them to the point where they will supposedly kick the charger in. I tried the charger at about 32 volts and it would not come on with this cart. Will post more later.

Got back to basics this am. While I checked the total battery voltage which in the beginning was at a level that I thought was ok I found one battery extremely low (1.7) and will not take a charge, internal short, and another battery at 0 vdc and too low to take a charge. I'm sure this issue is a big part of most of my problem. I will have the batteries replaced, which by the way are interstate batteries, and begin anew from there if there is still an issue.
