car won't go
I've replaced all the batteries in my 94 club car. still will not go.
Last time I was driving it, it was running fine and then all the sudden stopped. I had 2 batteries from 2005 and 4 from 2008 so I replaced all 6. Anything else I should check? |

Re: car won't go
IN 94 CC made solid state and resistor coil carts. Do you have a row of coil springs behind the batteries under a heat shield?

Re: car won't go
I don't see any coil packs. There is a box under the seat though and a sticker on one side that says upgraded. 400 amp

Re: car won't go
Okay so you have an upgraded controller cart... with 6/6 volt batteries?
Does the solenoid make a click when you try to go? |

Re: car won't go
I put my hand on the solenoid and pushed the gas with the other hand. Nothing. I couldn't feel a click.

Re: car won't go
If you have a digital voltmeter you can test to see if the solenoid activation circuit is functioning. You should have 36v or 48v (whichever your pack voltage is) at the 2 small terminals on the solenoid when you try to go. If not could be the micro-switch (MS) is bad at the F&R or the MS in the V-glide...

Re: car won't go
V-glide is the speed wiper board or peddle position indicator found under the driver's seat at the end of the throttle linkage.

Re: car won't go
I'm getting 27v to 30v at the solenoid. Think thats cause I'm doing this myself.
where are the MS's you talked about? |
