Thank you for all the pictures and advice. I got the same cart except mine is 48v. Seeing how its only a month old, i'm trying to not make modifications i can reverse. I'm only 5'9" so i really want to keep the location of the steering wheel where it is. I think I'm going to try and order up a new set of backrest brackets this week and attempt to bend them giving me another inch or two between the bottom of the steering wheel and the backrest. If i need to modify them in a similar way that you did after i bend them, I'll do that. Just want to make sure I still have the ability to put everything to to stock it needed. I'm also using my cart as a campground limo. You happen to recall what air pressure you were running in the stock tires? Trying to make the rid a plush as possible. What size steering wheel did you replace stock wheel with? Think of getting a wheel with a much softer feel than the stock unit. I recently install 2" wheel spacers all around to give it a width stance for more stability when cornering. Have you heard of any issues with using wheel spacers on the express?

Thanks again for all your help and advice!

I will post pics of my cart with the 2" wheel spacers on Saturday. My cart is at our camp.

I also order up another set of front seat backrest brackets this morning. I'm planning to modify them to get a couple more inches of room upfront.

the reason I notched my brackets instead of bending them was I did not want to take a room away from the second row just keep that in mind.

I was thinking that as well, but I should not loose any leg room and I will remove the grab bar as well if needed. That's also one of the reasons I'm purchasing another set of brackets, it test on. I did some additional measuring this morning based on my RXV. I really only need two more inches of room and I should be set, I hope.
