Re: Not Happy
Code 4 cost me $100.00 but yes the carts should always been on the charger. But keep water levels full at all times as we'll.

Re: Not Happy
It's a IQ cart. It seems the new batteries just needed a charge from sitting has been ok today and fast. FUN ! Since batteries are brand new isn't there a special break in procedure. Thanks to everyone for you ideas.

Re: Not Happy
Sounds like a bad speed sensor to me. Go to the stickies at the top of the page and perform the test procedure.

Re: Not Happy
There are plenty of places posted here about breaking in the batteries. Read those. It makes a huge difference with your battery supply.

I love the look of the vampires. While the cart was stock with speed code 4 it went 19.6 mph. With the lift and big tires it will do 22 mph on flat and tops out at 24 mph down hill before the regen kicks in. I did have them set the regen from setting 3 to setting 2. I should have had the regen set to 1 but I was afraid the kids would roll the cart. I did loose torque though, need a push up the ramps to get in the truck and slower up hills. Sooner or later, I will do the bandit upgrade and eliminate the regen all together and get the torque back. What type of speed are you getting out of your cart? crunchman |
