Got it. How about the "M2 Max Speed" adjustment? What does this do? Mine is set about the 13% range but it can go up to 15.8% or so?

M2 doesn't matter... you don't have a dual mode keyswitch so it's always in mode 1. This wont change a thing.... Make the changes I noted.

I'd then consider putting a high speed magnet in the motor to maximize speed.
