How to troubleshoot OBC on Precedent

Everything I read is for DS with the in-line fuse. My precedent doesnt have that......just three hard wired.

Last time I had an issue I couldnt get the obc reset to work but I unplugged the batteries for an hour essentially resetting it. Everything worked perfect until I tried to charge it last night. Charger is still confirmed good but on my cart you just hear the click with no needle movement.

Can I at least charge this thing somehow while we are enjoying our holiday weekend at the lake???
