Default Before & After of my $700 2003 g22

I picked up this 2003 g22 for $700. It wasn’t running and had a leak from the input shaft seal. But it had brand spanking new batteries.

My daughter and I worked on it all summer (sporadic weekends) we were going to flip it but now we are going to keep it. Too hard to let it go.

All in I spent $3200 (including the cost of the cart) and made a great memory for my daughter.

Well done, the investment and expense into the cart was nominal, the memories are priceless. Good job dad!

Very nice! You got a great deal on it too. New batteries would cost more than that.

The seller stated it didn’t run when they took it out of storage and so bought new batteries but that didn’t work and then they decided to sell their house and tge new buyer didn’t want the cart so I was able to pick it up for bargain. It turned out to be a bad solenoid. But it also had a leak at the input shaft and a steering knuckle arm bent.

I put $120 into it and got it running. It was then on to making it a project cart for my daughter and I.

We are still deciding on a tinted vs clear windshield and what type of audio we want. My canopy has an area that’s made for built in speakers. So it’s down to
marine 6.5 speakers with a Bluetooth amp/receiver. Or one of those can speakers or a simple JBL pill speaker.

I am leaning towards marine speakers. Check out the bottom of the canopy roof.

What would you do?
