ok everybody here is what I didn't notice
somebody did a chop and channel on the front frame who ever did it spent some time fabricating brackets and braces it seems very sound and tight
also not happy about the exhaust if any body has any ideas let me hear them

Yeah that's what's called a Z-lift. They're legit. That's a commonly sold type of lift. It's cheap because you don't have to replace the stock front suspension, but a lot of cart owners shudder at the thought of cutting the frame.

thanks Springbok any ideas on what I can do with the exhaust other than the stock muffler or the HP exhaust kit

I haven't heard yet of any other successful options other than stock for these older carts. Are you just trying to quiet it down? Or make it louder?

no just would like to move it up or something so it doesn't look so bad or even look for a smaller muffler

There isn't anything out there that I know of. Been wanting to raise my muffler up for awhile but I keep not ever getting around to it. Was planning to cut the pipe and rework/replace/reroute it so that the muffler can be raised. Hate the way it looks. Doesn't affect my driving at all though.

well fixed a lot of little things that were wrong with the cart put some nice wheels and tires on it ,redid the seat covers, put a roof on it and a stainless steel steering column and a carbon fiber steering wheel looks much better
