Is there already a wire attached to the USB port or are you looking for it so that you can re-attach it?

There should be a voltage reducer which is supplying 12V to the lights and other accessories. It is best if the output from the reducer goes to a distribution box (which will probably have a negative bus built in). The attached diagram shows my distribution box with the positive from the USB (red) attaching to one of the positive terminals and the negative from the USB (white) attaching to one of the negative terminals.

I know this does not directly answer your original question of where the wire is but it may give you some extra information that will help you find it.

Your lights could be wired direct back to the batteries too. Some have just used 16 volts from two batteries or one 12 volt if you have a 4x 12 volt system. In both those cases, time to do it right and put in a reducer.

You could purchase a voltmeter to locate a 12V if you already have a factory reducer. Otherwise, I agree with @klubber, time to install a voltage reducer to keep your batteries balanced. Treat "keeping your batteries balanced" like oil changes in a car.... it's better for the life of the vehicle.
