i have 3 questions about performance for a g16

I might be wrong, but those tires don't look like the best ones for tooling down the highway at 40mph. Not a lot of tread in contact with the pavement.

I don't believe the primary clutch will give you any speed unless it has been machined.

I was looking at the Plowmans posi as something to do in the future. Is there a noticable loss of speed? Is it worth the time and $?
