the golf cart is doing it again but this time it does it the first time you get on it for the day please help it is very aggervating

and if you push the gas pedal too the floor it won't do anything you have to barley push it down. it is also real jumpy as in when you take off it surges. any info from anyone will be helpful thanks

I went back and re-read this entire thread and please don't take this the wrong way.
Now might be a good time to enlist the help from someone local to you. A local cart shop or maybe even the guy at a local golf course. It is extremely difficult at best to troubleshoot and diagnose these carts from a distance so it seems to me that you may be best served by finding someone locally with a working knowledge of electric carts and their systems. I understand this may not be a workable solution for some for any number of reasons but I think in this case it is your best bet. BTW, the ITS is the Induction Throttle Sensor under the driver's feet. There is an access panel. Inside you'll find the ITS and a micro switch. Sometimes (I was guessing) water can get in this box and the symptoms you described could be similar to that scenario. Absolutely no offense intended at all and good luck sir! |
