Advice for a chopped frame
Guys, time for the next step in my cart project. Figuring out what to do with the front part of my cart that was chopped when I got it. In the pictures you can see where they chopped off part of the frame for whatever reason. I am not a welder so I hope I can do something without a welder. The part that is chopped.....is it mostly there to help keep the floor board and cowling in place or is it more structual? Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks

Re: Advice for a chopped frame
Do you have the part of the frame that had been removed?
If you do the simpleist thing to do would be to load it on the trailer and take it to a welding shop to be reattatched, hopefully for a minimum shop fee. If you don't have it and you need to re fab everything...........maybe donor frame? |
