08/09 Club Car Gas Precedent - Not Starting or Even Turning

08 or 09 Club Car DS Precedent - Won't Start or Even Turn over.

I turn the key on, switch it into rev/ or forward and press the accelerator pedal and nothin happens zero noise.

Checked battery, solenoid seems to be fine. No serial badges are visible to get an accurate reading so I can't obtain a manual to use troubleshooting tips to get it operational.

I have heard it can be the micro switch but I only see two switches behind the reverse/forward lever. I don't see any other ones that could be preventing it from doing anything.

I'm getting ready to call It quits unless I can get some help on getting this cart operational again.

Welcome back to BGW Role!

There are quite a few people here that know Precedents like the back of their hand, so be patient, someone will come along soon!
I'm better "versed" on the DS model, there are some things that they share, and some things that are quite a bit different!

I do have a starting question though... (no pun intended! )

Does the engine turn over when the shifter is in neutral?

The engine does not turn over in neutral. The gas gauge was coming on when switched to the on position and now it's not coming on at all.

(Rewind) the red cable to the back of the key switch was broken off and I soldered it back. May have come lose again, about to look and see.

However, even with the gas gauge working and trying to turn it over - still nothing

That confirms it wasn't in maintenance mode!

In the 08 Precedent Illustrated Parts List wiring diagram,
there appears to be (2) in-line fuses... (1) 10 amp, and (1) 20 amp,
have you checked those?

I did check the first inline fuse off the solenoid.. I do not see an area for the second fuse. Do you know where it may be located? Must be hidden

Again... I don't know much about Precedents, but looking at your second pic... Isn't that an in-line fuse right by your battery?

Pages 6-6 and 6-7 in the first pdf is the wiring diagram! (6-7 shows the fuses!)

Yes, that's the inline fuse I'm referring to that I already checked, that comes off the solenoid. As far as a 2nd inline fuse, I don't see one that is visible to the eye.

I'm going to look at those pdfs you attached. Thanks for your help, hopefully I will find something within them.
