87 carryall ll

New here, I have an 87 CC carryall ll with a blown motor. Would it better to replace with a newer cart, or try to do a motor exchange with the old one? I use it for farming so I'm not trying to build it up or do any mods.

You could do a motor exchange, or, if you're handy, tear the motor apart and see what the issue is. I bought a "blown" KF82 motor for $50 a few weeks ago and the only issue was the camshaft gear had come loose. I had another camshaft so I slapped it in.
