Little update for everyone, took the cart on about a 3-4 mile test through our soybean fields everything works great a rough ride but very fun lots of power. Currently I've broken down the cart for bodywork and paint, hopefully spraying the cart this coming weekend. Very happy with how my swap turned out so far

Could you show me how you use an actuator to shift the rear axel.
I have a home built limo that I have to reach back to shift from forward to reverse. I think this could work for me.
Thanks

Yes I can do a little write up, it's fairly simple and works great just mount the actuator with a bracket to your axle, first measure your movement between gears mines 3" so I ordered a 3" stroke actuator wired up a dual pull dual throw (dpdt) rocker switch and good to go

SO IF YOU INSTALLED A DIFFERENT SPRING AND IT RESOLVED YOUR ISSUE THEN WHY DID YOU SWITCH FROM LIVE AXLE TO DRIVE AND DRIVEN SET UP??? WAS IT BECAUSE YOU JUST WANTED REVERSE? OR WAS SOMETHING ELSE GIVING YOU AN ISSUE?

WONDERING BECAUSE I WANT TO INSTALL A FOURWHEELER LIVE AXLE BUT WILL I REALLY NEED REVERSE THAT BAD THAT I WILL SWITCH LATER ?

WHERE DID YOU BUY THE NEW SET UP? HOW MUCH WAS IT?

Don't know if 4X4 will be back, But his new set up is the right way to do this conversion.

But running thru a stock 4 stroke rear end I think the top end speed would be slow??

Whats the top end speed?
