Gas EZ-GO Starting W/ Key In Off Position...
Cart starting with key in off position. Anyone seen this before and know how to correct it? Thanks

Sounds like the switch is shorting out. Check the switch for continuity across the pins from the off position to the run position. If there is some, the switch needs to be replaced.
