2003 TXT spark problem solved, still hard to start

After replacing almost everything in ignition system, I finally replaced the ignitor and the problem is solved. Plenty of spark now.

However, when it sits overnight, I have to choke it and crank it over at least 90 seconds before it finally starts. Then it runs fine UNTIL I stop it for even a minute, and then I have to choke and crank it at least 30 seconds to start.

I cleaned carburetor, the fuel pump is putting-out plenty of fuel, the valves are lashed properly.

What the heck is going on?
