Default 07 cc ds villager 8

So does anyone have the wiring for a 07 cc ds villager 8 hour meter/fuel gauge?

It was hooked up but not working when purchased.
Does the hour meter need to charge?
I have a 12 that when disconnected the hour meter stays on, does not count.

The 07 does not even come on.

Does anyone have a pic of a working unit?
Or know the colors and the locations?
Wires that are in the area

Spades on back of gauge

As viewed from back

3,4 on bottom
56 in middle

Thank you!

Nothing connected to #5 & 6

A bad gauge:
(fuel light shows full with a 1/4 tank of gas, and the hour meter is out completely!)

Sadly, there's no repairing them... the unit has to be replaced if one or the other doesn't work.

I've seen just 1... that didn't work at all, but I didn't ask about it, or troubleshoot it.
If neither of them work, with the key on, check for 12 volts on the blue wire, (positive meter probe) and black wire (negative meter probe)
if you have 12+ volts there, the meter is bad.
If you don't have 12 volts, check your fuses in the electrical components box (black box) next to the battery.

Well the gas gauge works....the hour meter flashes when running but no numbers are visible....so my assumption is that the gauge is bad...?

Also a pre thank you for your advice..

Have you ever done an engine swap?

It's a good assumption that the gauge is bad!
And no... I only have 256 hours on my yet, very strong FE350, so there's no reason for me to do a swap!
