98 txt carb issue
Cart came with a 295 and Was swapped out with a 350 and the same carb. Was used. Cart won’t run without the choke partially closed. Question: Do I need to change the jet since I went to a 350 robin? If so, what size jet should I go with?
PS: I checked all hose connections, pulled carb and checked for plugged jets or dirty condition. Did find a few hose clamps that were a bit loose but, carb was very clean. btw: thanks for the add, first cart purchase. |

The only difference between the 295 and 350 carb is the main jet. And welcome :) |

Re: 98 txt carb issue
This is funny but not so funny for me. While I was waiting for an answer I was surfing the ezgo posts. I ran across the guy I bought this cart from posting about the issues I’m having. However unlike him I will get them fixed. Just wish I had known about his lack of mechanical ability’s before buying it.
Thanks for the answer much appreciated. I’m sure I’ll have more questions. 👍😁 |
