Default 48v to 12v Voltage Reducer Wiring

Done quite a bit of research on the forums as well as on Youtube and yet to find a solid enough write up on the proper way to wire up a 48v to 12v Reducer on a RXV.

Has anyone found resources that they can share on doing this?

I am looking at getting a $65 DC Converter off amazing that has 5 wires. Anyone familiar with these? I think its made by 10L01
https://www.amazon.com/10L0L-Voltage...language=en_US

Green - Switch Wire - Read that on an RXV do not wire to the switch but to the Solenoid (Not sure wear on the Solenoid)
Blue - Memory wire for a Radio (Not useful for my application)
Yellow - (Positive wire to a Fuse Block)
Red - Ran to the Positive on the Battery
Black - Ran to the Negative on the Battery

All 12 Volt accessories (Headlights, Soundbar, Undercarriage lights, etc) cut off the inline Fuse since the red will be going to the Fuse Block.

Fuse Block:

Black is still something I am trying to figure out. Since the black on the Reducer is running to the battery, do I just run another black cable from the battery to the fuse block? There is only 1 negative terminal on the fuse block that is not assigned to accessories.

Lastly, Extra wiring will need to be purchased for all this to work properly. What gauge wire is recommended. I found a kit that has all 5 colors and its 12 gauge.

My goal here is to have this straightened out, then hopefully draw up a diagram and hopefully add it for other readers to reference.

Yes. Run black wire from the reducer to main negative on battery pack. Run black from fuse block to same main negative on battery pack.

I think 12 AWG wire is plenty for accessories.

you also have to be careful with the order, you mentioned the blue wire but its not showing on the listing it might have before because I ordered the same one showed blue wire, got one without the blue wire, they sent a replacement same thing even after asking them to check it before shipping.

ordered one from another seller and got the correct one. I didn't need the blue wire but I wanted it just in case in the future.

Also I have a similar thread and there was a response from ScottyB i think linking to a diagram on his website that makes it really clear on the wiring except in my case how to connect the green wire and battery meter wire together and then to key switch.

rob, your green switch wire goes to the large lug on solenoid that feeds the controller. Key off no power to converter.
