Default Power Usage

I want to add tunes to my G8 cart and am thinking about either a radio/cd player or an amp and ipod. For those who have done this what effect does it have on the battery etc. Does the cart charge the battery quick enough to look after the current draw from a radio. Anyone have experience with this? While I don't golf I think my usage will be similar to golfing with lots of sitting around vs actual running time.

Thanks

Fred

Default Re: Power Usage

if you have a good batt under the hood (mines a 650cca car battery) then you'l be fine, my g9 has a 2000lbs winch, 4 marker lights, 3 55wat headlights and tailights, and lighted switches, and i've never had battery issues.
