Put the radio in the dash and mounted the waterproof speakers in aluminum under the dash.

The aluminum came from an old road sign I found...

I really like the cowl install idea........how's it sound? I have been considering the boxed out door type speakers as well....mounted in between the front and rear seats........

The sound is acceptable. I plan on a sub in the back to round it out a little.

I know its a dump question but what do you cut the body with? Will a jig saw with wood blade make it crack?

I copied from someone else So, by all means

Yes, you can use a jig saw with a wood blade. Go slow or it will melt.
