Default Starting a gas cluib car in neutral

Hey guys....Does anyone know how to wire a 1996 gas club car so it will start in neutral...Is it a matter of just changing some wires around....This thing needs to be warmed up before driving..

Thanks
Bill

mine is a 96 gas key start and it will start in neutral unless you push the gas pedal, easy way to be able to push gas pedal in neutral and it still start is to zip tie the micro switch in the black box so that when you press the pedal the switch never changes

Lift your seat and on the back of the F-N-R switch is a yellow plastic triangle. Pull it out and turn it 180 degrees. Now the cart is in maintence mode and will only start in neutral and not in forward or reverse.

Thanks guys for your help...After playing with the micro switches I figured out of you put a plastic tie on the outside micro switch on the F/R switch it will start in neutral....Lot easier to warm it up like that.

Thanks
Bill
