![]() Hey guys, havent posted in a while. Just picked up a 99 gas club with the 4 stroke Kawi engine. Got it running and the generator was overheating and wouldnt turn the cart over, even with a fresh battery. Got a new generator installed and the this one is also getting really hot, cant hold your hand on it for more than a few seconds. Any idea what the issue is? Bad voltage regulator? Thanks.

![]() Seeing as you replaced it with new and the problem persisted my first thought would be a bad votage regulator.
