Default Club Car Steering Boot / Bellows replacement -Driver side -Help requested

Just bought a lifted Gas Club Car DS and noticed the shorter boot on the driver side of the steering box needs replacing. The end is torn.

I have seen the part online a few places but would like to ask for some advice or a walk through on how to replace it.

If anyone can please share tips, pictures, anything that is helpful I would greatly appreciate it! FWIW I'm handy and enjoy DIY but have never done anything regarding a steering rack on a car or cart before. This seems pretty simple but I don't want to overlook anything.
For instance:
How do I remove the old one?
Should I grease or service it while it is off?
How does the new one reattach, etc, etc

thanks!

if the drivers side bellow is torn and going to replace it , remove clamp or zip tie and pull the bellow off or cut it off, befor installing the new bellow remove the end nut, install new bellow install clamp or zip tie and reinstall nut very easy to do, it wont hurt to put some grease on the steering rod (16) befor you install the new bellow
