Still need to know how to adjust throttle cables on my 96 gas cart. How do i adjust both pedal to governor and governor to throttle cables? I have followed
other instructions, but don't seem to work, this is confusing to me. Please help.

thanks, daveh

Which instructions are you following?

This one gives some information: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/ezgo-...4-strokes.html

And this one: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/ezgo-...ntainance.html

And this is the service guide located in the tech section which explains everything about servicing your cart:
http://products.jacobsen.com/img/manuals/605586.pdf

How about take some good pics of what you are doing, post them up and read thru that info. Take your time and let us know how it goes.

I adjusted my governor today. I removed the cover and put a 1/2" piece of 1/4" rubber hose inbetween the washer and nut. This tightened the spring. Based on my speedometer app results my speed increased 8mph. I took the cart on a 3/4 mile route on flat pavement before and after adjustment.
