Default Club Car DS rear end ID & questions

Hi folks,
I'm hoping for a bit of direction here on an old Club Car DS we have. Serial # A8947-???? (_309 maybe?)

Brakes weren't working well, adjusting didn't seem to do much and when we opened the passenger side drum it was all wet with oil. As we disassemble things we find more and more skeletons - major wear and dodgy repairs. I'm going to share a photo with some dimensions of the parts shown in the order they came off (the parts are pretty beat up so dimensions are +/- some) and hopefully someone can point me toward which rear end we have and what might be available.

At minimum I need a new oil seal - but because of damage and wear I'd like to replace the axle collar (sleeve), the spacer washers, stopper ring and the spring.

I also have a few bad photos of the whole rear which might help as well.

I forgot to note elsewhere the axle has 13 teeth on the spline end.

Thanks for any direction you can provide!
-Dan

I would recommend contacting Dave at Revolution Golf Cars, site sponsor. He will be able to tell you all the in's and out's of what you have. He might also give you some other alternatives. His customer service is second to none!

Great - thank you for the information, I appreciate it!

According to Dave, we do have a Kawasaki rear end.

He had a used Graziano available which will largely be a bolt-on replacement and will still have better availability of parts - which is what we will do.

Once the new one arrives I'll have a used Kawasaki rear end if anyone needs parts from it - maybe what you need won't be completely clapped out - doesn't hurt to ask.

Great! Glad he was able to help you!
I bought a used rear end from him as well. That was the alternatives I was speaking of.
