![]() Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'm sure not my last.
![]() I have a 91' Ezgo freedom with a burnt out headlight and I cannot figure out how to remove it to replace it. ![]() Thanks in advance for any help y'all can offer. Muss |

![]() Muss.....is the headlight set-up you have a STOCK EzGo set-up or an aftermarket set-up? are the bulbs actual sealed beams? or just a small bulb that you remove from the back and replace? we really don't know what you have......good clear pictures would help too....from the front AND rear of the fixture.

![]() Yessir, they are 91 stock headlamps and they are the sealed type (no way to remove the bulb). I was really hoping there was a way to change out the light without removing the cowl.
I will go snap some pics and post them shortly. thanks Nuke! |

Google the part no. to check prices. I saw a large variance. Cart looks like the this one, correct? I never had to change the light so I can't help you there. Sorry. |

![]() There are 2 screws on the back side of the housing that you take out. The back part of the housing comes off from behind the cowl trim, and the sealed beam light with the front part of the housing comes off the front of the cowl trim.
