Default Club car rear end noise ?

Hi I'm working on my uncles 1998 club car gas ds. I got it running and it seems as if the rear end has a bad bearing or gears. He doesn't know much about the carts history because his friend from work gave it to him free. It seems as if the noise is coming from the secondary clutch gets louder as you increase speed. Growling/whining sound. Aldo how do you bypass the rev limiter on these
