Smile "87 EZGO purchase (maybe)

Hi all,

Neighbor has offered to sell me his "87 EZGO for a yet to be determined price.

I know the batteries are shot, and need to be replaced.

What do I need to be concerned about - what are the weak points of this year & make? I would like to flip the cart - get it running and sell it.

Any guesstimates as to what the thing would be worth in Phoenix?

Thanks, I appreciate your help.

This is a resistor coil drive system, what do you want from the cart use-wise?

I am thinking of purchasing the cart, put new batteries in it & sell it. I have no intention of keeping it.

I can't find a source that tells me what the cart is worth. I saw a few on craigslist that were close in years. Almost looks to me that by the time I put batteries in the cart, I'll have more money in it than it's worth!

And yes that is the truth. I don't see you making any money on this cart
