Default 99 TXT Smoked under seat, Now won't move!

Need some help, Please! My 99 Ezgo TXT won't move after seen smoke from under my seat. I checked Batteries 38.2 volts, Checked the key switch 38.2 volts on both wires. Checked the microswitch under the floor with very little volts on both wires when pushed in. Replaced the throttle sensor. Checked the solenoid it had 38.2 on just one side when the throttle was pushed so changed the slenoid and the resister, and the diode. not sure of what to check next? Thanks !

First step is to go here and identify which drive system the cart has > https://www.cartsunlimited.net/upgrade-suggestions.html

Smoke is usually a fatal error. Things that smoke are F&R switches in a series cart. And speed controller in any electric cart.

I bet it was the F/R Rotary Switch. They suck! Get rid of it. Look at the back side where the heavy cables connect to it. 4 Nuts/Bolts. One will be discolored, burned,.. usually at the side 9:00 position closest to the batteries, and the bus bar on the rotary part connects it to another, usually the bottom 6:00 position. The material the BOARD is made up of is what burned because of high current, bad connection, and a material that would burn!! If you grab ahold of the 9:00 cable and the bolt moves,... it's dead. Usually it is very difficult to rock it back and forth between F/R too. If you have motor, tires, controller,.... get rid of that dinosaur rotary switch. It ain't up to the task. You NEED the large contact footprint and superior pressure of the SW182 or SW202 contactors. I got mine from cartsunlimited.com. Simple instructions with diagrams and pictures. Great support. One of the BEST upgrades you will ever do. You'll be so stoked.
