Re: ezgo choke
IS the airbox and filter intact? If so check your fuel filter and supply.

Re: ezgo choke
I've had oil pump in the pulse line from the crankcase back to the pump on mine and made it hard to start. This can make it hard to push air by to operate the pump. Check it out and see if that hose has some oil in it. Good Luck!!

Re: ezgo choke
mine will crank fine with working the choke but as far as running, the only way it will take the gas is to run the choke with just a little less than being closed all the way kinda like the opening of the carb half closed, then it will rev up fine?????

Re: ezgo choke
Not to burst your bubble but you need to clean the carb again, no getting around it.
gallon can of gunk brand carb cleaner comes with a little basket in it, tear down completely, jets, low speed mixture screw, everything, soak it for a couple of hours, don't rush it, clean fuel tank while you wait, Rinse with water then blow out with air, reassemble and adjust. |
