Default Hooking up turn signals with brake lights without a kit

If anyone is interested in hooking up turn signals with brake lights without buying a turn signal stalk kit, here is a circuit I have come up with. All it takes is a DPDT rocker switch, a flasher, and 2 relays.

I just bought a kit LOL I needed this a week ago but I am sure some other BGW members can use it.

A quick couple of questions you may be able to help me with, I don't have the proper brake pedal on my 2003 workhorse so I want to wire up a micro switch so it comes on when it is released from being in the depressed state. Is this just changing the wires around or a special micro switch? The second question is with the park brake on and my car switche doff will the brake lights stay on and flatten my battery?

Thanks Aussie Workhorse

This is the circuit if you want to have front turn signals and marker lights with a single element bulb. Instead of 2 SPDT relays, you'll need 2 DPDT relays.

The brake wiring is like this:
