Default G16A loses power after it warms up

Hello all,
My cart loses power after it has been run for about 30 minutes or has been loaded down. Some background on the cart:
It was rebuilt this last year, we installed a 6" Jakes Lift new 22" tires, swapped out the rear end gears for some high speed gears and added a torque kit. We also replaced the Carb, fuel pump, and all fuel/vacuum lines.
After the cart was reassembled, it ran ,fine for a couple of weeks then started losing power. it is acting like it is not getting fuel but i have checked the fuel pump and drained the tank and flushed the lines.

any ideas are welcome.
thanks

22 inch tires and tall gears will pretty much do that.

I probably should have worded that post differently.

The cart runs fine, plenty of power when I start riding it but after it warms up it begins to sputter and then loses all power, the starter will engage but the engine will not crank. If I leave it sit for a few hours it will crank right up.

also when starting from the first time of the day and while it is operating it takes a bit of working the gas pedal to get it to turn over, I have read some posts with similar issues and some think it could be the ignition coil. How do you check the coil?
