Thanks for helping.I did find the file about the fan side,which I see someone posted above for the person who ask.The fan side wasn't bad at all.Thanks again for posting the clutch side!You guy's are the best!

Hey.Let me ask.Does the clutch puller bolt pull the alternator pulley off too??That's what I had problems with.The clutch came right off.I have no idea how to get the alternator pulley off.Oh.My darn crank bearings are shot.

You need a special puller to get the inner half of your clutch off the crankshaft. Thread the puller into the hole you took the clutch bolt out of. The larger puller bolt will grab the threads inside the sheave to pop it off the crankshaft taper. If your crank bearings are shot, better tear the engine completely down and examine it. This may not be pretty.

that file for the clutch side fix doesnt work...it just opens as a blank file

I didn't notice that when I posted the links. It would be nice to get this archived somehow and put in the stickies so it won't get lost. For now, Calvin's post at the top of this page shows the clutch side procedure, and the fan side link still works on the links I posted.
