Isn't All sports manufactured in China? Jakes was/hopefully still is a USA product.

Pilot, You might get ahold of Jakes, and ask them if you can buy a pair of those aluminum riser blocks. They will put your tie rods back in the stock position (so they don't need to be lenghtened) as well as having a wider shoulder so they don't have a tendency to push over, when you turn. The steering response will return to stock as well.

I assume your installing larger wheels,( at least 10") And I think I'd put grade 8 bolts and nuts there also!

We understand your concern. The quality will not be affected. We are still the same people making the same, and new quality products right here in central PA!

I wrote Jakes and was told that 23" tires would not work on my cart with their lift. I re drilled the holes and took care of it for now. I am going to make my own risers (much better design) in the coming weeks.

I have a G8, and I have 23 x 8 on 10" carlisle 489's on it. They measure 22 1/2" tall. They have never rubbed on my car ever! Now they are not as wide as I have seen on other cars, and I am in no way an authority on lift kit/wheel combo's. Just telling you what my experience is.
