That tan fuse is not stock equipment, typically found on a cart with upgraded controller (which is not in that photo. The charge fuse typically found on a Ezgo is a 60a fuse on the charge lead only. The fuse in the charge circuit protects against a charger with a failed rectifier.

That is not the way mine was attached. The fuse to my charger was attached to the positive post of the pack with the charger wire on the other end. The cable to the solenoid was also attached to that post, not to the fuse as shown in the picture. If you want fuse the cable to the solenoid you can use a separate CNN/ANN type fuse holder in the appropriate amperage.
